Documentation

  • User is authorized to inspect and take test driver of bike before picking up the vehicle. After the users declares the bike satisfactory, no claim will be accepted against any physical or mechanical damage. All the damages are to be borne by the user with genuine spares of the bike.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed whether you are travelling or not near to bike.
  • You cannot use our vehicle for towing or pulling any other vehicle. Such misuse shall be chargeable with fine on INR 5000.
  • Petrol tank of bike should not be used for luggage. In case of damage to paint shall be chargeable with fine of INR 1000.

Payment and Security

Payment

  • Full payment should be done at the time booking than only you can avail our services.
  • All modes of payments are excepted that make easy and convenient for our customers.
  • The bike remains in your custody till the rental period and should safely returned back after use.
  • If you buy the bike’s insurance coverage, then in case any theft you will not be subjected to fine.

Security

  • Customers are required to deposit specific amount as security to be refunded at the time of safely returning of bike without any damages.
  • Security amount to be depreciated, if any damages are caused by the customer therefore security amount is refunded only after deduction.

Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years old.
  • You must have valid driving license.

Fuel

Fuel is totally on customers. Customers will get the Bike with full tank and you have to return back with a full tank or take our bike with complimentary fuel to reach nearest petrol pump.

Driving Rules and Regulation

  • You must follow the traffic rules while driving, in case of any violation of rules Trip Aarambh will not be liable. All challans are to be paid by the rider himself.
  • Trip Aarambh bike rentals will not be liable to any consequences if the rider is riding under the influence of Alcohol and Drugs.
  • Drive under the speed limit as per areas.
  • You should always wear helmet.
  • You cannot use our bikes for racing purposes without our permissions in written otherwise penalty of Rs25000 will be levied.
  • You are also not permitted to make any stunts.
